Trademark Oppositions
A 30 day opposition period is part of the trademark application process. During this period, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office give third parties a chance to oppose your trademark application that would have otherwise registered with the USPTO. If you have filed a trademark and received a notice of opposition, you are now required to respond or your trademark application will be cancelled by the USPTO.
We will gladly review your trademark opposition and assess your situation before we provide you with a detailed quote for representing you.
